Here the group will be guided through creative exercises inclusive of multiple learning styles to unlock creativity and connection. These workshops are bespoke to your unique group, event, and needs.

    Storytelling is at the core of our humanity, it is how we connect with each other. At the root of all organizations, businesses, and humans is our ability to express who we are and where we are going to galvanize others to join us. Here we’ll ground and play in the fundamentals of story to upskill in the art of storytelling.

  • What resources can I provide to my employees to allow them to thrive in their role and beyond?

    Here I’ll meet 1:1 with your team members to identify their personal roadblocks, goals, and support them in their journey to achieving it. Using KMCC tools and leadership fundamentals, members will be supported in enhancing their creativity, ability to problem solve, take action, and contribute positively to team culture. This is a great addition to any workshop.

  • How can we effectively navigate change and make the most of new beginnings?

    With change comes a messy upending of reality to form a new one. Where individuals and groups move from disoriented to oriented. While this usually comes with complex layers and stress, together we will move through the stages of transition to emerge a unified, energized, highly effective team.

    If you’re like me, you only recently heard the words creative coaching used in the same sentence. In this 15 minute, free intro call, we’ll talk about what Kaizen Muse Creativity Coaching is and what to expect, what your goals are and what you’d like to get out of coaching. You can get a sense for me and the creative coaching process and explore the path that is right for you.

    Maybe creativity, art, music, crafts, or silly napkin doodles are giving you energy, but you don’t know where to start. The first time I walked into an art store I thought the fraud detection alarm would go off. I was overwhelmed by the materials, expertise, and process so I let that keep me from trying and accessing the magic of my inner world. Together we will uncover your intuition and its unique desires to create. With small steps and other KMCC tools we will start to build a sustainable, fluid creative practice that is fun and nourishing.

    As life continues to spin faster between work, family, and crisis management, you may want to hold space to return to your intuition, wisdom, and inner voice to flow. Sometimes our creativity is called to other areas of our life to creatively problem solve, here you can show up with whatever it is that needs composting to fuel the path forward.

  • How can I move through the creative process more effectively?

    Whether a work project, thesis, college essay, personal book of photography, or twelve variations on chili, this is for those that have a project in mind that are looking to receive support in the creative process. While we are an infinite well of possibilities, the creative process is filled with fear of rejection, perfectionism, and a sharp inner critic that can become trolls on our path to accessing our possibilities. We’ll address these using KMCC tools and unlock your intuition and creative voice to fuel your project.
